I originally chose D J Bewley Funeral Directors as it was close to my sister's care home in Trowbridge. I chose well, as when my sister passed away unexpectedly they organised and carried out her funeral in a professional but compassionate manner. Ryan deserves special thanks, as he was able to liaise with me entirely by email because I live in Portugal. He led me through the whole funeral planning process bit by bit, prompting me when he needed a decision on something. He also found a lovely empathetic celebrant, Cassie, to lead the service. Thank you to everybody involved for giving my sister the send-off that she wanted and deserved.
